Your Life as a Crime Scene Investigation: Every Move You Make

Concordia University is pleased to announce the second annual President's Conference Series entitled Every Breath You Take. The three sessions will present exciting research by Concordia faculty on the complex social, political and technological relationship between individual privacy and public security. Join us for a day of discovery!

First session

Professor Mourad Debbabi of the Concordia Institute for Information Systems Engineering (CIISE) will discuss the risks associated with the electronic trail we leave behind during everyday computing. Special guests from the RCMP, Competition Bureau and Sûreté du Québec will give real life examples of how Cyberforensic technology can be used to prevent fraud, combat sophisticated online attacks, and find digital evidence to convict criminals.
